MMG is an innovative startup dedicated to changing the way multifamily real estate is transacted. For this company, I design both inward-facing and client-facing marketing collateral. I assist in creating one-pagers, white paper reports, social media posts, email marketing graphics, and more. Additionally, I'm the lead graphic designer for Broker Opinion of Value (BOV) materials. A BOV is sent to potential clients as a proposal detailing how MMG can assist with the potential sale of their multifamily assets. I have designed and maintain the BOV templates, ensuring they remain up to date. I also train new designers on how to review a Project Kick-Off Form for a BOV, navigate our filing system, locate relevant documents, and understand the process of designing BOVs and proofing them using our project management system.

Woltman Trophies & Awards is dedicated to helping employers deliver unique, creative recognition awards and promotional products for businesses and corporations. For this company, I was responsible for designing, creating mockups, and producing awards for a variety of clients, including volunteer organizations, sports teams, small businesses, and Fortune 500 companies. Some awards were completely custom, requiring careful consideration of materials, dimensions, print, and typography during the design process. I operated Trotec Laser Engraving machines to etch these awards. Additionally, I accounted for print and laser engraving setup requirements when handling large-scale production orders. I also assisted in training new employees in the graphics and laser engraving department, instructing them on how to create mockups, proof orders, and properly operate and maintain the laser engraving equipment.

AH! Designs was dedicated to creating unique and powerful business brands and utilizing those brands to build an audience through strategic online marketing. This was my personal passion project focused on establishing myself as a Freelance Graphic Designer. In addition to collaborating with small design firms as a contractor, I actively networked and developed my own client base. I assisted businesses in building their brand by offering various design packages tailored to their needs. These packages included services such as logo and brand identity development, creating marketing materials (business cards, advertisements, flyers, posters, etc.), and producing monthly social media content.

Lone Orange's mission is "Integrating business brands through marketing materials." From brand conception to implementation, Lone Orange assists businesses in defining their identity and building their brand presence. For this company, I contributed to designing branding materials, including business cards, one-page advertisements, posters, and more. On the social media side, I designed posts and banners to update and enhance company pages, as well as developed a posting guide and content calendars with daily posting ideas throughout the year.
